The SB-89CNC is a fully automatic CNC-controlled pipe bending machine designed for high-precision pipe bending applications.
The bending process is performed electrically, with a hydraulic system available as an optional configuration. Pipe feeding and rotation are electrically driven, while clamping and mandrel movement are performed hydraulically.
The machine features a touchscreen control system available in English and other language options, together with a PLC-based control system. An optional Windows XP Industrial PC control system is also available.
Depending on the application, the machine can be equipped with a fan, water, or oil cooling system. An automatic lubrication function is provided as standard.
Electrical and hydraulic components are sourced from Japan, France, and Germany. The machine is built on Taiwan-based core technology developed continuously since 1989.
